Personal-use service

Partlyaudio Catalog Gmail Import is operated by Paul Rickert as a private tool for managing his personal physical-music collection. It is not a commercial service and does not offer public accounts or public registration.

Authorized access

The utility may be used only with a Google account whose owner has expressly granted the requested OAuth permissions. Access to the catalog is limited to the owner and explicitly authorized viewers. Attempts to access another person's account or bypass application security are prohibited.

Function and owner review

The utility searches for purchase evidence, extracts transaction information, proposes music identities, adds sufficiently supported purchases, and retains uncertain results for owner review. Automated extraction and third-party metadata may be incomplete or incorrect. The owner remains responsible for reviewing important catalog decisions.

Google authorization

Google account access may be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation or expiration of authorization will stop Gmail-dependent functions until access is granted again.

Availability and warranties

The utility is provided as-is for personal use. Its operation may depend on Google, Vercel, Neon, Discogs, OpenAI, internet connectivity, and other services outside the operator's control. Continuous availability, error-free matching, and uninterrupted delivery of notifications are not guaranteed.

Changes and discontinuation

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the utility and may update these terms when its functionality or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
