Partlyaudio Catalog Gmail Import

A private, single-owner utility that finds physical-music purchases in the owner's Gmail account and adds qualified records and CDs to the Partlyaudio catalog.

This is not a public service. No public registration is offered, and access is limited to the catalog owner and explicitly authorized viewers.

What the utility does

Finds purchases

Searches bounded Gmail date windows for order confirmations and other transaction-shaped messages concerning physical records and CDs.

Checks identity

Uses purchase evidence and Discogs metadata to identify the musical work without guessing when a specific edition remains ambiguous.

Keeps the owner informed

Adds sufficiently supported purchases, retains uncertain cases for owner review, and sends concise operational summaries.

Google account access

gmail.readonly

Used to search and read relevant purchase messages. The utility cannot alter, label, archive, or delete Gmail messages.

gmail.send

Used only to send import summaries and operational notices to the owner.

Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions.

Data practices

Purchase and source evidence is retained privately for catalog provenance, duplicate prevention, and owner review. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used for unrelated purposes.
